HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
I can usually get you on the schedule within 2-3 business days. However, since the middle of the week fills up fast, I recommend reaching out as soon as you have the listing agreement signed.
CAN I ADD SERVICES TO MY PACKAGE?
Absolutely. If we get to the property and realize it needs a 2D floor plan or virtual staging, we can add those to your package on the spot. I want to make sure we capture everything the listing needs to shine.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
I pride myself on simple, fair, flat-rate pricing for everyone. However, for high-volume teams or builder partnerships with 5+ listings a month, I’m happy to discuss a custom partnership structure. Let's talk!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Life happens in real estate! I offer free rescheduling with 24-hour notice. For cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the shoot, a small $50 'trip fee' may apply to cover the reserved time slot.
IS DRONE REALLY INCLUDED FOR FREE?
Yes! Every photography package includes drone stills for free because I believe every listing deserves an aerial perspective.
WHY NO LISTING SIZE CAPS?
My pricing is a flat rate up to 5,000 sqft so you can forget the math homework. If you have a massive estate over 5,000 sqft, just reach out for a custom quote—otherwise, the price you see is the price you pay.
