For a standard home (under 3,000 sqft), I am usually in and out in about 45-60 minutes. If you are booking a package with Video or Floor Plans, plan for about 90 minutes to 2 hours. I work efficiently so your sellers can get back to their day.
DO I NEED TO MEET YOU AT THE LISTING?
That is totally up to you! If I have access to standard lockboxes (or I can pick up a key), you don't need to be present if you’re busy. If you prefer to meet me there to point out specific features, I’d love to see you!
WHAT IS YOUR BAD WEATHER POLICY?
I want blue skies just as much as you do. If it's raining heavily, we can reschedule the exterior shoot at no extra cost. For overcast/cloudy days, I use sky-replacement editing to ensure your listing looks bright and sunny regardless of the weather.
HOW DO I PREPARE THE HOME?
To ensure the best photos, the home should be 'shoot-ready' when I arrive. I recommend turning on all lights/lamps, opening blinds, removing cars from the driveway, and hiding pet bowls/trash cans. I can send you a prep checklist to share with your sellers!
IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?
I am local to Portland, TN. I service a 25-mile radius (including Gallatin, Hendersonville, White House, Greenbrier, and Springfield with no travel fees. For listings outside this zone, a small mileage fee applies. Contact me for a quote on further properties!
